Further development at Portlink Industrial Park sees the inclusion of two additional warehouses for Principal, Online Distribution Ltd. Engineered by Aecom, Conslab were engaged to provide the concrete floor slabs and in turn BBR Contech were engaged as the PT specialist to design and install two high ware slabs on grade.

Both slabs are rectangular, each being at 1,939m² and 150mm thick and include 12.6 metric tonne of high tensile post-tensioning cable. Designed to accommodate 51kN post loads on 40MPa concrete, each slab was installed, tensioned and grouted over a 3 week period.
