  • Foodstuffs North Island Ambient Distribution Centre, Auckland: 74,000m2 of post-tensioned slab on grade, believed to be amongst the largest ever completed in the world under a single contract
  • Sistema Manufacturing Facility, Auckland: 50,000m2 of post-tensioned slab on grade
  • Fonterra Darfield, Canterbury: over 80,000m2 of post-tensioned slab for warehousing facilities completed over several contracts
  • Synlait Warehouses and Hardstands, Canterbury: over 100,000m2 of warehouse slab and hardstand aprons for various facilities
  • Woolworths Distribution Centre, Palmerston North: 30,000m2 of slab on grade
  • James Pascoe DC, Auckland: 25,000m2 of post-tensioned slab on grade. This project won the 2017 American PTI Award of Excellence , as well as the BBR Network Project of the Year Award in 2018
