Sockburn Properties Ltd proposed to extend the existing facilities on their site at 632 Main South Road leased to Halls Transport with the proposed work including extension of the existing coolstore, construction of a new warehouse and associated hardstand/paving.

The new warehouse incorporates a 1.486m² x 150mm post-tensioned slab on grade designed to support back to back racking with 46kN post loads.

The PT slab was poured 30 November 2015 with tensioning completed in early December 2015.
