The theme for this edition is ‘excellence in customer service’ – and there are many local and international projects featured to demonstrate how the BBR Network shapes exceptional outcomes for customers.

New Zealand projects featured include KiwiRail Otaio River Bridge in Otago (p33). Building projects include a new 10,000 sq m elevated PT slab for Bunnings in Auckland, a super flat VNA PT floor for Farmers Trading Company DC, Foodstuffs Christchurch 30,000sq m DC and the Fonterra Whareroa warehouse (p44-46).  Wharf repair projects include Victoria Wharf Devonport and earthquake repairs to Thorndon Wharf in Wellington (p71-73).  Seismic upgrading is featured on three projects – the Arts Centre of Christchurch, University of Canterbury and a Wellington CBD building (p78-80).
