The site was left vacant after demolition of previous buildings on the site following damage in the Canterbury Earthquakes.

The project involved the construction of two buildings on the eastern and western sides of the site, with the stage two eastern building including a two storey office and showroom area, a large warehouse and loading dock.

BBR Contech provided the post-tensioning system design, installation, stressing and grouting for the 1,161m² x 160mm thick post-tensioned warehouse floor slab designed to support 70kN racking post loads and 40kN forklift axle loads.
