SewperCoat Sewer Repairs

Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC) and mortar has been used for over seventy years in the wastewater industry to provide protection against biogenic corrosion for manholes, wet wells, lift stations, piping networks and other wastewater structures, including wastewater treatment plants. The SewperCoat® line of calcium aluminate mortars has been developed to meet the ever increasing needs of engineers working to repair our deteriorating wastewater infrastructure.

SewperCoat® is a technological breakthrough in the market of

cementitious materials designed for the municipal wastewater industry. It provides high-strength, corrosion-resistant protection against biogenic corrosion caused by hydrogen sulphide (H2S) found in wastewater environments. Studies have shown that SewperCoat® is up to 8 times more resistant to microbiologically induced corrosion than OPC concrete.
